The operator agrees to strictly avoid deploying the network infrastructure for unlawful routing, systemic corruption, or unauthorized data scraping. Exploitation of the core neural nodes or attempts to destabilize the service environment will trigger immediate uplink termination without warning.
4.0 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ASSET CONTROL
All generated visual assets, system architectures, logic nodes, and underlying code modules remain the exclusive, sovereign property of NYOCS and its affiliated engineering councils.
5.0 UPLINK TERMINATION PROTOCOL
Network administration reserves the autonomous right to sever your connection to the platform instantaneously and without notice, triggering automatic data purges bound to your specific session IDs.
